Snowbird and Vacation Home Inspections


Whether you’re gone for an extended vacation, headed north for the summer, or own a 2nd home, 4M Home Inspection will give you peace of mind that your biggest assets are looked after. I am a fully insured and a State of Florida Licensed Home Inspector that will provide you with all essential updates and inspection details you need to travel with confidence.

No Contracts

4M Home Inspection will bill all services on an individual or monthly basis. No long term contracts. Fees can be paid by check, credit card. Cost of services performed by vendors/contractors are separate from service pricing.


Inspections are done Monday-Friday during normal business hours. 
Weekly Service Clients receive 1 evening or weekend inspection per month.

Notifications: You will receive notification of all inspection results. If no problems are detected an email, or postcard will be sent. In the event a problem is detected that requires immediate attention, you will be notified by phone. After contacting you, I will gladly contact your vendor of preference to make any repairs. If you do not have a preference, I can refer and contact someone for you
